St Johns Vein Clinic

 

Bent Construction was contracted to convert an 11,000 sf

outpatient surgery center to a new vein clinic

for the St Johns Vein Institute flagship location in Jacksonville and was comprised of exam rooms, vein

treatment rooms, a Siemens C-arm, recovery rooms, and associated administrative space. As part of the project, steel support beams and concrete footers were installed within the building to support the C-arm to a tolerance of 1/8-inch.

This $1.1M project was completed under a cost-plus contract delivery and returned approximately $40,000 back to project savings. Bent Construction is currently working on

the Bartram Park and Riverside expansion locations.
