BENT Construction has represented Clay Eye Physicians and Surgeons on their last three projects. Starting with their Mandarin Clinic, we constructed a 3,500 SF addition comprised of 11 new exam lanes, a testing room, a laster treatment room, and associated support space. This was completed while the existing facility remained fully functional.

In Fleming Island, Bent Construction managed the pre-construction and construction of a new 14,500 SF medical office clinic and associated 4-acre site development. The building is comprised of 20 exam lanes, laser treatment rooms, a testing lab, optometry, and administrative support space.

As an expansion to Fleming Island, we led the development of Clay Eye's AHCA Outpatient Surgery Center. This 7,800 SF outpatient facility is comprised of 3 ORs and 9 Pre/Post Opp beds.
