Bent Construction led the development of this 8,000 SF medical office building in Amelia Island. Designed with the coastal environment in mind, this building creates a warm atmosphere for patients and staff. The building was constructed with masonry walls and a wood truss roof and is comprised of 6 exam rooms and 5 Mohs treatment rooms. Amenities include a large breakroom, fitness room, and outdoor porch areas for enjoying the low country ambiance of Amelia Island.
