BENT Construction served as the Owner’s Representative for the renovation of a commercial building on Gate Parkway, working closely with CSI to ensure the successful execution of the project. BENT oversaw construction activities on behalf of ownership, managing timelines, quality standards, and contractor coordination throughout the renovation process. This role included facilitating communication between all stakeholders and safeguarding the project’s goals from concept through completion. The renovation focused on modernizing the space while aligning with the long-term vision for the property’s use and value.
