CORDOVA PALMS / DREAMFINDERS
BENT Construction partnered with Dream Finders Homes to deliver a full suite of community amenities at Cordova Palms, a new residential development in St. Augustine. The project included the ground-up construction of an amenity center featuring a resort-style pool, putting greens, a fire pit, and a modern playground. Detailed hardscape work added further distinction to the site, including a custom monument sign, decorative playground fencing, and a stucco entry façade designed to complement the community’s aesthetic. This project showcases BENT’s ability to bring together functionality, craftsmanship, and visual appeal to enhance the resident experience.
